Wings: the food world’s most messy and difficult-to-eat treat. Slathered in sauce that spreads across your face and coats your hands, wings have to be gnawed at sloppily for consumption. And somehow, they still manage to be appealing. They’re THAT good.
So, if you have to get messy, why not do so in a crowd of other people doing the same thing? Then you don’t stand out when you start licking the sauce off your fingers (and you know you always want to.)
Wing Night at Adventures on the Gorge is the perfect place to chow down on some wings– and cheaply. For only $1.25 for three wings, you can try a variety of sauces, including Teriyaki, BBQ, Garlic, Spicy Peanut, Mild, Pure Screaming Hell, and (my personal fave) Spicy Citrus Asian.
Even if you’re not a wing fan, there’s more to the evening than cheap chicken. The rest of the menu is also available, and live entertainment brings the entire town out to play. Regulars The Boatmen and Mike Snodgrass keep the jams flowing all evening long.
Come out, chow down and chill.
