To start a reservation -

• After looking at the various “Adventure Activities” or “Amenities”, choose the vacation activity, lodging, meal(s) or package which fits your vacation plans. 
• Many of the trips come with a package option at the bottom of the page and can be added to an activity. Packages help streamline your reservation and usually save money and time.
• Click "Book Now". A secure “On-Line Reservations” window will open with the title of the trip you have selected, an “Available Dates” drop down window and two boxes to enter then number of participants.
• Choose the date you would like to participate on the activity from the "Available Dates" drop down window.
• Fill in the number of guests in the appropriate "Adult/Youth” box. E.g. The Upper and Lower New give a discount for children under the age of 16.  Then click the "Next" button. If you want to abort, click the "Close" button to terminate the process.
• The next window gives you four choices; to "Delete Item", “Modify Item”, "Keep Shopping" or "Check Out". To “Modify” or “Delete” an item, click the little circle to the left of the trip so it is darken, then click the "Delete Item" or “Modify Item” button. To keep shopping/ to go back to the activity page, click the "Keep Shopping" button.  To return to your reservation, click the "Finish Your Reservation" button on this page or the “Check Out” link in the “Quick Links” box on the side of any page.
• To finalize your reservations, click the "Check Out" button if everything looks OK.  
• Fill in your information.  When making an on-line reservation, payment in full is due upon booking your trip. (You can use your back button to go to the prior page.)
• Once you have completed the form, choose the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. Your reservation is complete. We will send you an email confirmation shortly after making your on-line reservation. Please read over the invoice to verify that the information is correct.

Cancellation Policy
      Written or verbal notification by the group organizer is required for cancellation. Required cancellation is 30 days prior to the trip date. Reservations canceled in less than the required cancellation time result in full forfeiture. To Make An On-line Payment on an Existing Reservation:

• Click the above button or the “On-line Payment” link in the “Quick Links” box on any page.
• A new window opens. Enter your "Reservation Number" and the "Group Leader’s Customer Number".
• On the next page fill your data and credit card information.
• IT IS VERY HELPFUL IF EACH PERSON PAYS THEIR EXACT PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT AND BALANCE AMOUNTS GIVEN TO THE GROUP LEADER.  PAYING A PARCIAL PAYMENT ADDS CONFUSION WHEN THE TOTAL BALANCE ISN’T PAID BY THE DUE DATE.
• Click the "Submit" button
• A confirmation will be emailed to you. Please review the confirmation to verify the information is correct.
