Sunset in the mountains can be spectacular, so while you're enjoying an afternoon of exciting whitewater challenges, the chefs back at Smokey's on the Gorge will be getting ready to make your evening. You'll meet at Class VI base in the late morning for your trip and hit the river after all of the other trips have left. You get the river to yourself for your whole excursion, and the only thing better than your peaceful raft floating in the gorge are the fantastic rapids that wait downstream.
It's just you and the guides there to tackle all that whitewater, and when it's finished, you'll head back to Class VI base to watch your video and sit down to a gourmet family style buffet at the beautiful Smokey's on the Gorge restaurant. Watch the sun set over the New River Gorge, share you river stories with old friends and new, and enjoy everything that Class VI has to offer!
