Since the beginning, we have built our business by preparing great lunches—not just great by river lunch standards, but by any lunch standard.Our New York Deli-style lunch features fresh sliced, high quality meats and cheeses, a variety of breads, imaginative salads made from scratch with fresh ingredients, natural peanut butter and fun desserts.
We have way too much pride to offer you (as many of our competitors do) food that has been pre-packaged, pre-cooked, or re-warmed. Nor will we serve you anything out of a #10 tin can. We know people will eat anything when they are outside, hungry and tired, but we believe life is too short to eat crummy food. So, dig in, Class VI style!

Lunch 1
- Appetizer : * Green Chili Cheese Dip with Chips
- Sandwiches : Deli meats (Roast Beef , Turkey , Salami, Ham); cheeses (Smoked Gouda, Swiss, Cheddar), the finest PB & J (that's Peanut Butter and Jelly!).
- Salads : Grape/Almond Chicken Salad , *Mom's Potato , * Tortellini with Tomatoes.
- Desserts: Chocolate Pudding with Cookies; Apple Cobbler; Fresh Grapes.
Lunch 2
- Appetizer : *Tex-Mex Dip with Chips .
- Sandwiches : Deli meats; cheeses, PB & J.
- Condiments : Lettuce, tomato slices, sprouts, pickles, black olives, pepperoncini, mayonnaise, mustard, salt & pepper, hot sauce.
